Adoption Facilitator Bonds

Bond amount is $25,000. Required by the respective County of Jurisdiction under the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 9. Protects any person or persons damaged by any fraud, dishonesty, misstatement, misrepresentation, deceit, unlawful acts or omissions, or failure to provide the services of the adoption facilitator.
