Court – Judicial Bonds
A court bond is a surety bond that guarantees the principal will pay the court or some other obligee a sum of money — including costs and interest — if they unsuccessfully appeal an obligation required of a court such as a money judgment; wrongfully attach or reprieve property; or wrongfully file a restraining order.
An example of a court bond is a Plaintiff Bond.
NOTE: The applicant’s signature must be provided as both Applicant and Indemnitor, and signatures must be notarized. Please forward with copies of supporting court documents.
