Lost Note / Trust Deed Bonds

For Lost Note/Trust Deed Bonds: Include a copy of the title report / preliminary report, and a copy of the deed or note and copies of any other documents pertaining to the lost item.  Include a paragraph explaining the circumstances of what happened to the original documents.

For Lost Check Bonds:  Provide a copy of the lost check, and a paragraph explaining the circumstances of what happened to the original item.
