Process Server Bonds

To apply for a Process Server Bond, download the application form provided and follow the instructions below. 

Process Server Bonds in California are required as a $2000 Bond, with a duration of 2-Years.  The premium is only $50.00, with no credit check. 

Included with the application, is an option to pay by credit card.  You can fax or email the two documents to our office, and we will issue the bond immediately.  If you cannot pay by credit card, mail the application to our office with a check or money order.

The effective date of the bond, MUST be the same date you physically take the bond into your County Recorder’s Office; therefore, allow enough time for the bond to be mailed to you.  Bonds cannot be back-dated.
