Talent Agency/Talent Service Bonds

The Talent Agency Bond amount is $50,000. Required by the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standard Enforcement. Guarantees monies collected by talent agency will be remitted to the appropriate individuals. Also pays all damages to any person by reason of misstatement, misrepresentation, fraud, deceit or any unlawful act.

The Talent Services Bond is required by California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standard Enforcement in the amount of $50,000 to obtain a license as Fee-Related Talent Service. Bond is for the benefit of any person damaged by reason of fraud, misstatement, misrepresentation, failure to provide the services of Fee-Related talent service as set forth under Labor Code Section 1703(a)(3).
